Valentine’s Day Doily Banner

Admittedly I don’t go too crazy with Valentine’s Day decorations. I like to have just a few simple decorations around. My huge shabby window was in need of some……LOVE! So I decided to make a pretty Valentine’s Day Doily Banner.

I found some pretty pink and white doilies at Michael’s and picked up a few. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with these pretty things!
I cut all of the doilies in half and strung them up with some good ‘ole twine! I was going to do more, but 3 just looked perfect on my white chippy window.
Doesn’t it look just perfect up there? It doesn’t get much more simple than that!

I got that “Love is Patient” printable from The Girl Creative, I just love that verse!!! The flowers are courtesy of my wonderful hubby, “just because”!!! I love having fresh flowers in the house, it just seems to brighten the place up!
