No, the vinyl has a sticky backside and will stick to the glass without any other help. You don’t want to put mod podge over vinyl because, over time, it will damage the vinyl. Hope that helps!

Did you put modge podge onto the out side of the glass so the vinylwouldn’t move and stay in place?

Do you mean the frame with the Christmas tree vinyl in it? That frame is an 11x14in frame.

Where did you find that pretty frame? I have a lot of scrapbook art that I would love to hang, and all that I’ve seen in a 12×12″ size is record album frames (which are kind of boring and surprisingly more expensive then I would have guessed). Thanks!
