One of the very many aspects of being a military family is you move. A lot.
My family has been on the California Central Coast for 4 years. 4 years of sunshine and beaches. However, our time has come to make the move once again. Pack up our things and move it across the country. Where you may ask? Late this summer we are on our way to Shreveport Louisiana. I will be sad to leave this place but it’s time to move on and have a new adventure. Don’t worry though….you’ll all be coming with me!!!!

We’ve moved 8 times in 8 years. I so know the feeling.
Holy Moly! That’s a lot of moving. This move will be our 6th house in 9 years. Are you also a military family?
Not a military family anymore and The Mr. can’s seem to get moving out of his system. LOL
Ha ha…I can actually understand that feeling. We get programmed to this lifestyle that’s for sure! If we are still for too long I start getting antsy now!

Congrats on the move. I was born in Calif. cause my dad was in the service. Lived in San Diego, North Island till I was two. Then back south the family went. Then, my son joined, and was stationed on North Island. After he got out, he fell in love, married and I will be making my 2nd trip in two years back out there to visit in July. It had been 49 yrs since I had been there. Best of luck on the move.
