Today I actually have a project up!!! Hooray!!!
There were a couple projects that I wanted my hubby’s help with before he left. Anything to do with cutting wood or heavy things! My Mirrors on the Wall project totally fell into that category.

Let’s be honest. It took me quite awhile to collect all of these mirrors. Some are thrift store finds, some we’re given to me, and one was even a picture frame that I turned into a mirror (I outsourced that job).

I needed to paint all but one (the largest mirror) of the mirrors. I choose Rustoleum’s Heirloom White spray paint. I just popped the mirrors out and painted the frames. Let’s face it….NO one likes taping things off….I avoid it when I can! All off the frames got a bit of distressing too with a high grit sanding block, hitting the high points.

I have to say it’s not the easiest thing to photograph a whole wall of mirrors. I tried to avoid getting me in them and it’s pretty hard to avoid getting not so pretty things in the reflections! Overall I love my Mirror Wall, I’ve been wanting one forever!!!

We hung all of the mirrors with some Monkey Hooks, because I never let finding studs get in the way of good design!!!

What do you think of my Mirrors on the Wall project????
