Do you consider yourself a thrifty shopper? Do you love shopping at thrift stores and garage sales? Well as most of you know, I love thrifty shopping. It may even be an addiction. However there is a down sign to all these Thrifty Finds….a warped sense of pricing. So anything over $10 seems like a fortune and you pass by lots of things that you probably shouldn’t.

When I saw this mirror I knew I wanted it. When I found out the price I started to rethink it. I mean it was going to cost more than a bed I recently bought. The more and more I thought about it though I knew I had to have it! I mean, it’s gorgeous right? I ended up paying $55 for it. Good deal or did I over pay???

Look at all that detailing!!! Beautiful right? It’s a bit too gold for me though….it’s going to need a splash of some awesome color!!! Hummm???

So my Spring cold turned out to be strep throat! Blah. So lots of rest and some antibiotics later, I am feeling a little less like a pile of manure.

This week I only have one thing to show you….although it’s a pretty awesome one this! Check out this four poster bed!!!

Isn’t it a beauty? I had been planning to buy a guest bed when we move in a few months, although I figured that it would have to be something that whipped up to avoid spending too much money. I wasn’t expecting to find such a great deal on such a beautiful piece! It took some deciding on my part but priced at just $50 I had to grab it up! Part of the bed has been stripped and the other has not, I will have to decide what I want to do to it.

Welcome to this week’s Thrifty Thursday!!!

If you saw my Time to Shine party on Tuesday you probably saw my little announcement! Yep we’re moving in a few months. So course I am on a mission to clean out the garage and get some projects DONE! You may be asking yourself why I just bought this massive bookshelf??? Because I’m an addict. Well and because it was $20. Could you have resisted???

I also found some Christmas lights in April. Did I buy them? Of course. Because when Christmas approaches there will probably be none to be found. I think these will become some Glitter Christmas Light Magnets!!!

These tarnished silver items also made there way into my house! It’s another weakness I have. How awesome is that 4 section loaf pan? I’m seeing succulents planted in it. What do you think?

It’s been over a month since I posted any Thrifty Thursday posts! I’m trying to bring less into the house right now and get busy working on the things I already have. However when you find a totally cute coffee table for $12.50

Granted it was pretty shabby and beat up. It seems as though some possibly tried a strip job that went horribly wrong. But for $12.50 could you have passed it up? Look how adorable it is!!!
