I was looking through some of the great things that were linked up in my linky party and came across this from Rook No 17. Don’t they look super yummy? Once I saw them I immediately wanted some wanted to make some for the kids….but I didn’t have all the ingredients, so I improvised!

We had some big marshmallows leftover from s’mores night with the family and I had some lollipop sticks leftover from the Valentine lollipops. I stuck a stick in each marshmallow and stuck them in the freezer for a few minutes.
I also had some dipping chocolate leftover from Christmas (man it was nice to use up some “leftovers”!!!). Once the marshmallows were pretty frozen I dipped them in the melted chocolate.

And then in the crushed up graham crackers.

I put them in a pan lined with wax paper and popped them in the fridge so the chocolate could harden.

They turned out super yummy!!!

I think the kids approved!!!

Notice the chocolate smiles??? Sorry about the poor pictures….getting pictures in the kitchen at night isn’t easy!
Linking up to these great link parties!
