Last week I gave a tutorial on how I created my Dryer Vent Pumpkins. I really liked making the white ones for some variety, I love their shabby look. I wanted to play around with some more variations and I was dying to try some of the Krylon Glitter Blast spray paint. So why not try some glitter pumpkins???
I picked up three colors of the Glitter Blast spray paint at Michael’s. I painted the dryer vent pumpkins a base color first and then added the glitter paint on top. It was so awesome to start spraying the paint and see actual flakes of glitter shooting out all over the place.
My sparkly pumpkins are orange, gold, and bronze. All metallic and shiny!!!
Again, I added a cinnamon stick for the stem and some Spanish moss for some texture. The metallic color and glitter add some glamour to these industrial pumpkins. And who couldn’t use a little bit of glamour in their lives right???
Have you tried out the new Glitter Blast spray paint yet? I can’t wait to use it on some Christmas projects! Squeee!!!
