Oh Pinterest how I love you. Even though you suck hours out of my day, you also provide so much fabulous inspiration!!! I found these Lucky Charm Cupcakes while perusing one day and knew that I had to give them a try!
I’m not the best at decorating cakes and cupcakes, so this idea looked like an easy way to make cupcakes look good with little talent. My daughter is having a St Patrick’s Day party in her class today and I decided this was the perfect opportunity to make these adorable cupcakes! Like I need an excuse to make cupcakes????
I just used yellow cake mix, vanilla frosting, green sprinkles, and of course Lucky Charms. They are almost too cute to eat……almost.
My little leprechauns have already been swarming around them! Heck even I have been tempted…..cupcakes for breakfast? I….must…..resit…..sugary goodness!!!!
