Mini Framed Spring

Well it’s officially SPRING. Is it Spring yet where you live? I am hoping for some warmer days in the near future! Did you do any Springy project to start the season off right?
I thought I would do a little project to honor the coming of Spring. In my home I have a set of frames that I spell out the different seasons with. I used 4×6 picture frames to create them. Here is my Spring version….

Most homes probably don’t have room though for all these frames. So I decided to make a tiny version that could fit in anywhere!!!
I made it using little picture frames that I got at the dollar store and the dollar bins at Michael’s. They were all a mismatch of colors so I painted them all a glossy white.
I gathered up some bright and springy coordinated scrapbook papers for the backgrounds. Using my Cricut I cut the letters out of black cardstock. I glued the black letters to the pretty papers and popped them into the frames. Ta da.
I love all the mix matched frames and papers. It’s eclectic and funky in a whimsical way! So are you ready for Spring? Are you done with your Spring cleaning or did you just begin?
Linking up to these great link parties!!!
