I finished things off with a couple greenery topiaries. I had some milk glass flower pots in my stash that I just HAD to use! I bought some already made greenery topiaries and put them into the pots using some floral foam. Added some spanish moss to cover the foam and they were done. I love that they look the same but the pots are a bit different, adding to the eclectic feel of everything!
Gorgeous! You really have a knack for styling. Looks like a magazine!
Absolutely marvelous…I love all things aqua too! You’ve definitely inspired me to get my but in gear and finish that area of my den.
Sharing on my fb page!
Love, love, love! The colors are perfect, and I love how you took the attention away from the tv!
Wow! I absolutely love it! You styled the shelves so beautifully and they really become the main focus rather than the TV. And I love the furniture (I’m into aqua these days, too).
Have a great day!

This looks so great, Courtney. You’ve used such a varied bunch of items, yet they all go together perfectly. My favourite parts are the owls and the fabric hoops. Well done!
This is absolutely PERFECT and gorgeous!! Please link this up at my trendy tuesday party!! http://www.sweetlittlegals.com
Wow, Courtney! It is gorgeous and your styling is absolutely magazine worthy! I don’t think I could even focus on a TV show! 🙂
I like it. Are all those numbers your bithdays or just important dates?
The owls are my absolute favorite 🙂
Love it! Makes a great focal point. I really like the fabric in the embroidery hoops, wouldn’t have thought to do that but it totally works!
So, so very pretty. Love the colors, styling and the perfect balance 🙂
What I love about your decorating is that it is simple yet elegant. Love the family pics. In one aqua frame there are dates listed… is that wedding and birthday dates?
Looks great! Good job!
Great job Courtney! It looks so refreshing!
Love it! All of it! Great job 🙂

Beautiful! I love that aqua color, and all the elements on your shelves. So pretty…well done!
I’ve read your blog for a while now but never commented, until now!! I absolutely LOVE this! If we were to try and recreate this in our own homes, can you buy shelving mounts as well as the wood for the shelf at Home Depot? I’m very new at the whole DIY thing but this looks like a project I could tackle! Thanks again for sharing, it looks beautiful!
very coo, keep up the good work
Love everything about this!
This looks great! Love everything about it!
that looks great, it really fills the space. i struggle with the wall behind my tv, and really would like to change what i’ve got going on there…it’s just a matter of doing it!
This look beautiful. What a great idea. that big blank wall over the tv really bugs me.
Gorgeous, gorgeous shelves!! Love the colors and the way you arranged everything on the shelves! Thanks for the inspiration! 🙂
It does look totally fresh! I am so in love with this color right now too. I just painted my piano bench almost this exact shade! I don’t know how to thank you for this fabulous post. I have been in quite a quandry because I am downsizing and moving to a much smaller apartment. I am very excited about this move. It is a time to pick and choose my favorites and get rid of the rest of my stuff. I have a beautiful TV armoire, but have finally made the decision to not move it. It is large, and will look out of place. Am also purchasing a flat-screen. Now, my problem was I don’t really like the look of a flat-screen. Seems like it is “just out there,” and I have been challenging my mind (to no avail) on how to remedy this. Thanks to you, I have found something that I love, and can easily live with. Thank you so very much. This is the first visit to your blog. (Not the last). Have a peaceful week.
so stinkin cute – I love this display (such a great mix of fun and color and crisp & classic!) off to search more but wondering how/where you store the ‘electronics’ and how they work with the buffet? I was thinking of using ours similarly but was stuck on housing the dvd/direct tv etc and having them ‘work’ 🙂 xo
WOW, this is gorgeous. I’m in awe of the whole thing. Love the cabinet, love the colour and I also adore the dates frame. I’m going to do this with my family. So lovely to stumble across this blog.
Your shelves are gorgeous and you have decorated them so nicely! Pinning this one and now following you!
